Our mission is to empower African, Black, and Caribbean students to excel in their academic journey. Since 2009, we have been dedicated to supporting their academic engagement, retention, and graduation rates from post-secondary institutions. We strive to break barriers and create opportunities for success.

The Bridge
Program options:

 

1

Intensive 4-Week Bootcamp

  • 3 workshops per week, with an emphasis on rapid skill-building.

  • 2 individual appointments per week with a mentor or career advisor.

  • Daily drop-in sessions for immediate feedback and support.

Standard 6-Week Program

  • ​2 workshops per week covering career exploration, professional skills, and personal branding.

  • 3 individual appointments (initial, mid-program, and final review).

  • Weekly drop-in sessions for Q&A and networking.

Weekend 8-Session Workshop Series

  • 1 workshop every Saturday, with a specific focus on a key career skill (resume writing, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).​

  • 2 individual appointments (mid-program and final).

  • Drop-in sessions every Sunday to review materials or portfolio progress.

 

4

12-Week Extended Pathway

  • 1 workshop per week, covering all areas of career development including leadership skills, workplace dynamics, and long-term goal setting.​

  • 4 individual appointments spaced throughout the program.

  • Biweekly drop-in sessions for extra support.
